I am having dry cough ....frequent fever chest pain and severe cough very painful and chest pain but cough is continuous after sleeping too its been 7 days .Is it a symptom of Pneumonia

Spirometry to be done it will show Obstructive airways disease with reversibility.for chest pain paracetamol will be helpful a course of antibiotic for 7-10 days is needed..ICS+laba(Foracort or Budamate) inhaled twice daily will take care of nocturnal cough.
