After i eat, i start having problems. I feel the sputum when i try to breathe and i start coughing. I thought it's a problem with my acid, but it doesn't seem like it. I also don't understand why i happen to get sputum after i eat something. What could these symptoms suggest?

I am facing breathing problem in the evening, mostly after dinner. But i noticed that when I had this problem, same time I am felling bloating, burping and acidity. So I am using levolin INHELLER which is given by one Doctor. Please suggest me the treatment and which Doctor I should visit. Thanks

There is calcification in left lower zone in my chest. It is by birth. I am not a smoker, never suffered from TB or phnimonia. I was unaware about it. There is not any problem due to it. Can it be removed. I am trying for Dubai visa.

Sir, I was diagnosed with extra pulmonary TB in June 2016 (lymph nodes). did A T treatment for six months and condition improved in first 3 months. However in December the cough got worse again. In January, doctors deduced Sarcodiosis. I was put on prednisone. I have been doing well from that time. The dosage of prednisone has gradually reduced from 30 mg-> 5 mg per day and now 5 mg alternate. However now I am experiencing breathlessness and mild cough. CT scans show lymph nodes reduced.
