Having tuberculosis is no criteria to fire someone from his/her job. The only thing you need to be sure is you take full course of anti tb medicines and get cured of tb. For this first of all we need to be sure if you have tb or not. And then you get treated accordingly. If your sputum is negative for tb test may mean that your tb is not communicable to others but still you can have the disease. In that case you can definitely continue with your job.
