Chest & Breathing Problems

Hi doctor, Having headpain and cold. Any tablet for immediate response without going to doctor room

My nose is always blocked (Left nostril most of the time) when i clear it , it gives relief, gel kind of mucus secrets and has spreaded to the skull also (i feel cold on skull part aswell)

I’ve been having these recent chest pains in my mid chest, and they really hurt. They come suddenly. When it happens it feels like someone is stabbing me, but then it leaves a hurting feeling. Sometimes I start to hyperventilate and it feels like my chest walls are crushed together and I can’t breath. I have a fear of hospitals. Can you help?

She seems to be allergetic,need to test. She cant eat many food,crowd, gets belreathing trouble. Need to test and analyse

Last year Jan my father got hospitalised, pulmonologist said he got some allergy due to which his lungs were unable to pump proper oxygen levels... without external oxygen supply he was getting 82-85 on oxemeter. So, doctor gave steroids to cure the disease after which he was recovering but steroids made him very weak. But after few months he again started getting cough. We have a pet dog at home, not sure if that causing issue. Will air purifier help to clean the air and help my father in reducing cough?

Tight chest and pain in the morning. Basically I wake up to this tightness and pain like as if my lungs is tightly stuck in between the ribs. Very difficult to breadth cause there is already pain and it increases and the tightness also increases with each breadth. But when I stand up or sit on the bed, it subsides gradually. I smoke hookah sometimes.. It's happening this winter..

I've had quite a bad productive cough since last week, it's worse at night and I am wheezing a lot. I find I have a constant pressure in my chest and am much more aware of my breathing, I have also noticed a very rapid heart beat. I have other flu like congestion symptoms such as a runny nose and blocked ear. Up until today it has been extremely painful to look up with my eye or to the extreme sides. I have also lost about 3 kilos unintentionally in the past week.

Severe coughing since last 15 days. Consulted a general physician who prescribed cough syrup cheston and azithromycin but still no relief. Have tried other cough syrup also.

My kid is a girl of 7 years old. She is suffering with breathing problem with nose...she can not breath freely from the nose... Due to this she wil breath with mouth not continously but ocassionaly ..this will be more during cold time
