Chest & Breathing Problems

I have wheezing problem now and foracort inhaler is with me but this foracort capsule is expired three years back. Since it is mid night now , no medical will be available . Can I use this expired inhaler for immediate relief ?

I have asthama since 9 years how can i cure it? And using asthalin rotocaps all are telling that side effects will occour

Hello doctor..I checked up with the chest doctor he has asked me for sputum and tb gold test of which I will get the report on Wednesday so only after then we can be sure of the problem. My problem with throat is becoming bad, I have lost my voice too.

I am asking this for a friend of mine.. He coughs up blood sometimes and he has a difficulty in breathing. He is a national karate player and he got into use of cigarette and alcohol and drugs. Btw he has stopped it now itsm. And he has lost his weight and has chest pain. He has loss of appetite and he gets tired so fast nowadays. And now he is unable to play karate too.. For the last couple of days I've had sharp pains beneath the ribcage on my right-hand side. It was manageable until last night. Now, it's hurts when I inhale, causing shallow breathing, and when I'm active or even just switching sleeping/sitting positions. The area is slightly painful to touch as well.
