Chest & Breathing Problems

Hi I m suffering from chest pain ,after ten minutes it will be normal, at that time I m unable to take breath also, slightly right hand pain, light cold & fever

My nose gets blocked at 0500 hrs for the last few days. I am taking telma 20 mg, montair r10 once a day in the morning besides seretide 500 inhaler twice a day.

I've been suffering from severe breathing problems and inability to swallow problem from 1 month (the breathing problem starts with chest tightness and vomiting sensation) at night it becomes worst there is chocking sensation as soon as I go to sleep I've consulted to many doctors and i'am on my medication from last month but there is no relief so please kindly give me a good suggestion about this problem

Felling blockage while breathing sometime and also feel alergstic on chest and if I don't take any medics than it become cold and than fever Having problem in chest after I shifted to mumbai only. When I take medicine ( montek LC ) 2-3 once in days I m okay but it persistent from last 6 months now . Please advise specialist related chest cough and breath problem to fix it .

I smoke once after my office hours everyday from the past 8 months. Now i sometimes get chest pain for 5-10 mins and it goes off. Is it Serious ? Should i reduce how often I smoke ?

My mom have done x-ray  as suggested by a physician. The report says. > Fibro-consolidatory patch with bronchiectatic changes seen in rigjt upper lung zone. >Prominent recticular markings noted in B/L lung fields. >Minimal blunting of left costophrenic angle(? Thickening) Could please explain the following n remedies for the same.

My Mother is 66 years old. Has epilepsy, & sufferring from shortness of breath (asthma type) & cough & cold. Could deriphyllin be taken, along with ascoril expectorant syrup. Please advise. Thanks.

A patient suffering from asthmatic ,sugar and blood pressure and taking nexophylin ,pantoprazole,montair FX and euglim-M2 medicine. Cough is continuous please advise medicine to relief from cough.

I had a problem in my breathing.. that is the shortness of breathing.. i consulted a doctor and he said that it was not asthma, it was just a allergic problem.. he asked me to take daily 'telekast 10' tablet .. i have taken it for around 50 days.. when i tried to leave that tablet the problem arose again.. now i have a fear that if i take this tablet for long will it cause any side effect in future? Does it have any alternative way?

My father is of age 60, he need check up for for lungs, heart, liver and kidney. As his weight is 105kg and face breathing problem while walking for small distance.
