Chest & Breathing Problems

I've had pleural effusion in the left lung (left side of my chest). When breathing became too difficult I went to ER then admitted into hospital where they've used a bedside chest tube (catheter... the one plugged at the side of the chest with very thin transparent plastic tube) & drained significant fluid out. It has already been 55 days & fluid output is still not within limit of 200ml/24hrs to remove catheter. Decreased but settled at 220-450 ml for a while. Is it still safe to remove tube?

My father is having swelling just above the cut after a chest pipe insertion.... It has been two days..... And his left hand is having a little pain.... Is it normal

I have been feeling little pain on right chest breast whenever I took drinks, take medication or once any liquid pass through my lungs to the chest I always feel that pain on my right chests what can be cause of this

Please anyone help my name is Ananthan and my sister's esr level is 36 and she is only 15 years old she was having severe cough before now not having that much cough like earlier . She been taking anti biotic medicines for the last month for the cough reason but the esr level goes up now.and having breathing difficulties while she cough . Is it curable ?

My father constantly coughs . This problem started last year (2016 Nov. ) . It took 6 months for the coughing to go away . Even with the consultation . HI, I have light crackles in right lung base when I lie down in a stretched position only. And Even when I hold my breath, and push my central lung area, the crackles come and go. When I change my position even little bit, they dissappear. No chest pain is present. The crackles are occasional. is this a cause of concern or anything serious.
