My father (aged 70) is suffering from Coughing and light Fever (varying between 99-101) for past 10 days now. Medical Tests don't seem to reveal anything, and the prescribed medicines don't improve things. Coughing is also accompanied with Wheezing sometimes, and worst during the dawn hours causing extreme difficulty sleeping.

Hi. I understand your concern s. He needs to undergo a detailed examination and investigation like chest x ray and pulmonary function test. Consult a pulmonologist for the same.
