Chest & Breathing Problems

Hello Doctors, My mother is suffering from severe persistent dry cough with wheezing. We have consulted many doctors and tried a few medicines and inhalers (puffs) but nothing seems to help. May I know which specialist she would need to consult please? Can someone recommend a good specialist in and around annanagar please? I would prefer to do a complete checkup instead of just going by the history.can someone help please? Thank you.

My name is Saikat Das and I am an engineer. Right from the age of 16 I started smoking and now 9 years down the line I am having chest pain. On an average I smoke 10-12 cigarettes a day. But now I am really tensed whether I am suffering from any lung or chest related disease! For the last one week, I didn't smoke and I felt better. Today after having a cup of tea I couldn't resist myself and picked up a cigarette and started smoking and right after that I am again having chest pain. Smoking one single piece of cigarette is causing a hell lot of chest pain for me right now. Looking for some suggestions. TIA!

Dr. I have been diagnosed with neumothorax, Xray result shows 30/40% air fill in my chest, physically I am able to move, drive, eat ok but I feel have on right chest some time, what options do I have, how serious issue is, how can we treat this.

My father in law age 64 had septic shock. He was on ventilator for 15 days. He is in hospital since last 45 days. Now the only problem is he is having T tube in neck for breathing of size 6. Dr. Have done 3 trials for removing that. But he is not giving that much response for complete removal.He have issue in breathing only rest all reports are normal now. Is the treatement going in right way or should we do something else?

I smoke the hubble-bubble weekly 3 times but do not drag deeply I see scary pictures of black lungs of smokers on the Internet I want to know how much damage my lungs and blackness

Often I'm getting difficulty in breathing . That time I felt very hard to breath properly as feeling like air struck in the lungs.I need hard breath for every approx 4 or 5 inhales required to get out of that. Stress like feeling in chest and sweating sometimes. In normal routine also I find difficulty in breathing.
