Chest & Breathing Problems

I had a problem in my breathing.. that is the shortness of breathing.. i consulted a doctor and he said that it was not asthma, it was just a allergic problem.. he asked me to take daily 'telekast 10' tablet .. i have taken it for around 50 days.. when i tried to leave that tablet the problem arose again.. now i have a fear that if i take this tablet for long will it cause any side effect in future? Does it have any alternative way?

My father is of age 60, he need check up for for lungs, heart, liver and kidney. As his weight is 105kg and face breathing problem while walking for small distance.

My brother is suffering from bacterial pnemonia and the mucus is spreading from right lung to the left and the doctors have kept oxygen mask fr 3 days and doing nothing .and now they have kept in incubation.What is the treatment required .. I am having pain on my right chest when I do workout, caugh, sneeze or I just apply pressure on my chest, feeling little uncomfortable to breath when I run.

My father is having breathing problem when he do some hard work. Allday 24x7 he has cough congestion problem and getting weaker day by day. with which speciality doctor i should take my father to for treatment.

I have allergic rhinitis since last year and during season change like spring and autumn my allergies get worsened. I experience breathing problem and coughing due to this. I sometimes have to take my accuhaler ( 1 puff) daily for a few days. I feel relieved after taking that. Is there any other solution for this or inhaler is the only relief measure?
