Nasal conjunction
Hello
I have nasal conjunction problem in winer since 2012.
It starts in winter and last for 4 to 5 months..
I use nasal spray several times...is it safe to use nasal spray ?and what is the major reason for nasal conjunction..? I can't breathe can't sleep as well.

What nasal spray do you use ? The safety depends on the the medicine in it. Your nasal congestion could be allergic or due to deviated nasal septum or nasal polpys. You need to be examined for that.
