Asthma is a condition due to constriction of the bronchi inside the lungs. This is caused by various factors called 'triggers'. Asthma is not curable but always can be kept under control by avoiding these trigger factors.
Next Steps
Identify the triggers an avoid them to have a good control of Asthma. Take the medications sincerely as prescribed by your Pulmonologist. Get periodical investigations including Spirometry done.
