Chest & Breathing Problems

I’ve been having chest pain in the upper left part of my chest for two days now. It worsens when I breathe and when I take deep breaths. It feels like a cramp that won’t go away. I have no history of heart problems and I’m only 27.

Whenever i do squats and deadlifts my heart pumps very much. My heart beats become very fast. Most of the time while doing squats i feel like vomiting and feel like getting faint and cant breathe properly. Why its is happening with me. I use to take gutkha regularly,is it due to that? Please help me it demotivates me while gyming .

I had chest pain for the past two weeks and now it has turned to a chest burning sensation affecting my throat and ears.what might be the reason.
