My mother is suffering from asthma and its genetic, she has been using breathing pump but it also doest work much. Can you please suggest what to eat or not to. And some exercise to cure asthma ?

Hi. I understand your concern s. Asthma is a chronic disease which can not be cured but can definitely be controlled so that you can have a symptom free life ahead. She will need to be under regular follow up. She will need to undergo a pulmonary function test which is needed for the diagnosis as well as to assess severity of asthma based on which treatment can be started. Consult a pulmonologist for the same. Diet is generally not related to asthma . But ya she can do breathing exercises and walking.
