Chest & Breathing Problems

I have too much sneezing when pollution area like play ground, beach, market and nose blocks and Ichy eyes, feel chest burning and tight sensation.

Past few days I’m facing breathing problem in the evening n night time more.Feels like something restricting me on my chest. I feel somewhat better by yawning or enlonged inhaling n exhaling.im not able to have a good sleep. Please tell me which doctor to consult and what to be done
