By mistake inhaler of same medicine is t
My mom is taking inhaler of foracort400 and Tiova from last ten years twice a day.. But today she has taken Tiova two times by mistake. Now what should be done. She should take foracort or miss it.

Continue Foracort as before and both of them have different mechanisms of action. One extra dose of Tiova should not cause her any major side effect.

Hi. I understand your concern s. She can take her usual dose of foracort. But if she has not been followed up with a pulmonologist. Then it is better to get a consult with a pulmonologist. She will need to undergo pulmonary function test which is needed to assess severity of bronchitis based on which treatment can be titrated.
