Chest & Breathing Problems

I got my chest x ray but nothing is showing if you want i can post the image of my x ray it shows nothing like tb and does the mucus from nose can be used at the place of spuctum to check for tb

Sir last six months back my medical test done for gulf country. In that test I was unfit because in my chest right side mid zone opacity found. Is there any medical treatment for this disease

I experience a sharp and almost shooting pain in the centre of my throat where my throat meets the collar bone. Breathing deeply is very painful and exercising, going upstairs, bending over or moving too quickly all exacerbate the pain. The pain usually lasts 7-10 days and always seems to coincide when I am run down, working long hours (I work 12-14 hour days as a lawyer) and stressed.
