Reappearance of Gland tuberculosis
I had gland tb in 2015 but after taking ATD for 20 days had severe allergic reaction and stopped the medicine the swollen gland subsided and didn't continue any medication. However in March 2018 it has reappeared and I am having severe weakness and constant fever with 99 & 101 range. What are the test which can rule out that I have MDRTB I have already started my ATD treatment kindly help

Please see a pulmonologist. You will need a FNAC and / or biopsy of the of the lymph node. And send the sample for TB culture and drig sensitivity.
