Chest & Breathing Problems

Hi, I tend to hyperventilate when finishing a long sentence and even laughing a little triggers it.also the Yoga practice gets me hypervenilated. I didn't have this issue before. Any idea what could be this. I had pft , X ray clear. I also had heart sans done which were normal since I had chest pain, breathless issues.

Severe neck and back stiffness, particularly on the left side. Occasional sharp spasms that can happen elsewhere in the body, leading to temporary relief. My breathing is also affected. Recently consulted an NHS walk-in centre and was diagnosed with an anxiety issue and as a result, completed a prescribed short Diazepam course. I felt a positive effect during the treatment but now deteriorating again, with no further medication available.

I faced light headedness two days in a row when I was in office and later today I'm facing shortness of breath. It is little uncomfortable and scary for me. Also, I'm getting pains randomly in different parts of body like arms, legs and sometimes some area in my body become sensitive and pressing that area pains. How all these are related and whom should I consult? Where to start?

I'm suffering from rapid breathing and increased heartbeat rate from quite 2 weeks. I feel this very frequently and even when sitting idle and doing nothing. I don't understand any reason behind this.

Last25 days continously cough for my husband.by not of medicines we take.bt more dry cough not decrease.what problem this is.pls help me
