Chest & Breathing Problems

Sometimes when I walk ,run or do exercise I breath very heavily and start feeling breathlessness after that. I was prescribed by doctor to use Esiflo 250 transcap during these situations. I'm using that whenever I feel like. Using this, I feel very relieved and relaxed. But I'm afraid that high frequency of usage of this may cause some side effects. Please suggest.

My friend is suffering from acute brochitis / snowfilia every year in months of march or april he gets an attack where breathing get worse

I think I'm not able to take deep breaths since last 10-15 days. I had cough free days back but it's gone now.

I mostly have this feel since last 3-4 years now that my lungs are not full. When I yawn, then it gives some satisfaction. This is leading to frequent yawns and at times I just try to yawn but unable to complete that yawn. As far as I remember this started suddenly one day. I went to 1 doctor but he said, it's just anxiety. Though I don't think that it's anxiety or psychological. I am bit overweight. I don't smoke or drink and I am vegetarian. Please suggest if any tests are required to diagnose this. Also, my lifestyle is sedentary and I am overweight @ 90kg. Height is 5 ft 8 inches. Got some tests done today. Adding the reports here

I have a bad breath problem since last 7 years . I have tried so many remedies but It doesn't helped. What could be done to get rid of it?

Yesterday I helped my parents clean our their barn due to a rodent infestation and I wasn't wearing a mask. I was coughing a lot while cleaning as well as after and was just thinking it was the dust at the moment. Am I needing to take action to try and further prevent any disease that the rodents may have been carrying?

Hi, I have been facing shortness of breath from past two weeks. It started and then I encountered cold and fever. Even after the cold is gone, I sometimes feel breathlessness. Also, I feel dizzy, light headed sometimes from last 15 years. My BP is normal and iron levels were a little low. I also have gastric problem. I am not certain what could be the issue. Can someone please help?

Hi I was was wondering if the following is normal; if someone places their hands above their head with both hands together, while moving their arms side to side( kind of stretching) should you be hearing air fill their lungs very loudly while they are not breathing?

I don't if this is asthma or what, but I feel something unusual when I breathe since Sunday . When I try to breathe, I feel like the air is catching up in my lungs and up to the center of my collar bones.
