Chest & Breathing Problems

I am TB patient and taking medicin since March 2018 and more important thing that I am habitual of chewing tobacco. Can it creates major problem in future.

8 months back had SOB after HIIT. ECO,TMT,Xray,ECG,Lipid,PFT,Sugar test all normal cardiologist told its BP fluctuation. I been in extreme weakness for months After 70% recovery I started jogging and after again 6-7 months i got mild SOB n if i take more than 35 stairs then SOB doc gave telmisartan now SOB in morning and weakness but good in eve. doc ask me take water and medicine

He was admitted on 19th March, The xray showed phynothorse.and since then his health is getting down. The treatment is happening but still it's not getting cure. it's now close to 45 days..now he is at home on oxygen as suggested by Dr.and the bag attached to his lungs, earlier there was tube but it didn't work. kindly help

My wife is a asthma patient for the last 35 years.Now she has been using forecourt 200 inhaler.she used it once in two or three days.. We have planned tongi to kedarnadh and badarinadh yatra in June. Is it suggestible or not ... If ,yes what are the precautions to be taken.
