Chest & Breathing Problems

Hello doctor, I'm suffering with Cold & breathing problem. My AEC test count is 1250. Tell me how to reduce it, As I should take homeopathic or meet ENT? Next year I'm going to police recruitment. So please tell me what can I do for reduce my problem?

Whenever I smell strong smell like the smell of the hospital, cigar,incense, perfume, air freshener, gas and other things that causes strong smell makes it difficult for me to breathe like I have to run away very fast because I don't stay nearby the place like cover with mask instead no I'm nervous I might pass out. I started to notice this last year or 2 yrs ago new years eve countdown when they stated to light up the fireworks I suddenly ran out of breath even though I'm wearing mask that time and whenever I smell something bad I have to leave. I'm worried.

I have been waking up the moment i fall asleep for the past 2 weeks. Have been on anxiety pills for the last 5 days and i dont want to continue it anymore. Am in desperate need of a natural sleep. Will appreciate any one who can guide me the right way.

Hello One of my friends has asthma problem. He has allergy with medicine and dust. Breathing is hard to him. While he becomes tired, he cannot breathe well. What is the medication? Is there any vaccine, special medicine or any operation to solve it? Now he is using inhular sulbotamol three times in a day. Thanks

Hello doctor, For the past month, I have been feeling a wierd sensation in my left lung. It is not a sharp pain, but it causes discomfort and I can't stop thinking about it. I  have never smoked tobacco but I have been smoking cannabis for about 6 months, 3-4 times a week to help with my anxiety. The pain comes and goes, but for most of the day I don't feel the pain. But once I start thinking about it, it doesn't seem to go. I initially thought it was a breathing problem related to anxiety but I can distinctly feel that it is from left lung and my right lung feels totally fine.I do not face any problems breathing nor am I experiencing any other symptoms to my knowledge. I have also stopped smoking for about 2 weeks but the pain has not gone away. Please help me, this is making me very anxious to go to the hospital because I do not want my parents to know about this. Eagerly waiting for your reply.

Dear doctor, I have a difficulty in breathing after taking food. I'm having Hearn burn as well. Most of the time I have pain in my right chest. I often feeling difficult to swallow food. My mouth is producing so much saliva which tastes like liquid. I'm feeling like my chest is bloated when I'm sleeping on yeh bed and having difficulty in breathing while sleeping. I'm a smoker, not a chainsmoker but avg 4-5 cigs a day type. it's been over 6 years now, on and off. but the problem is every time I try to quit, a pain in chest starts to occur with in a day and when it does, I'm unable to breathe. I once tried to consult with a doctor about this worring about any heart related disease but ecg was ok.
