Trouble Breathing
For the past 4-5 months I have had more trouble breathing than before. For example when reading long sentences I often times have to stop, take a breath and continue. My lungs are extremely fatigued after running. This never used to happen. My lungs also feel tight in my chest, like some sort of sensation. Also, when I tilt my head all the way to the side and breath in, I will feel a rising sharp pain in my throat. To me it just feels like my lungs got smaller, and can't get as much air
