Chest & Breathing Problems

I am having some sound in lungs when I lie down. I am also struggling to quit smoking. This sound is happening ever since I restarted this habit of smoking

My wife is suffering from this problem frequently. Suddenly, she starts feeling suffocation with severe head ache which lasts till 10-15 mins. We visited a doctor and she informed that it could be due anxiety issues. The frequency of such happenings has increased. Also should we visit general physician or some one related to neuro?

Sir i have problem in breathing mainly in summer and a lung infection come after 15 days or in a month for 2 to 6 hours and during infection my chest block

I am not able to breath properly since 5 days i feel something is blocking my throat but its not painful i had cough and cold 7 days back i really need a fast solution what should i do? I even use to smoke a lot , i do heavy weightlifting i do take preworkout which includes 419 mg of caffine in one scoop i take it daily does it had to anything with that? My breathing problem is increasing day by day

I am obese, i have a big stomach,my weight 118kg, height 182cm,i am hypertensive taking T.betacap 20mg in the morning and Telmisartan 10mg in the night, before medication my bp is 110/70, and after med bp is 100/70,100/60 pulse is resting 54, I have fear of illness, googling all the time to check my symptoms,i have upper back ache,first it was on my left inside the shoulder blade now it is in right side too,so I met a neurologist,he prescribed duloxetine 10mg twice day,and neurobion forte once,now from last 10 days when back pain comes i am feeling like I am not able to breath or i need a deep breath,i was a smoker before,i stopped smoking from last 2 months, feel like chest congestion is there , while breathing some sounds like phlegm ,i have a dry nose, lying under the fan or driving the bike i have this issue, i used to do nasal irrigation,my left nose is deviated or can't breath enough through that nostril, what is my issue is it mental,whom I want to consult,  ecg,echo is normal

I'm facing breathing problem from last one year. i am taking montecope tablet, please suggest what shall I do for it for absolute treatment.

I am TB patient and taking medicin since March 2018 and more important thing that I am habitual of chewing tobacco. Can it creates major problem in future.

8 months back had SOB after HIIT. ECO,TMT,Xray,ECG,Lipid,PFT,Sugar test all normal cardiologist told its BP fluctuation. I been in extreme weakness for months After 70% recovery I started jogging and after again 6-7 months i got mild SOB n if i take more than 35 stairs then SOB doc gave telmisartan now SOB in morning and weakness but good in eve. doc ask me take water and medicine

He was admitted on 19th March, The xray showed phynothorse.and since then his health is getting down. The treatment is happening but still it's not getting cure. it's now close to 45 days..now he is at home on oxygen as suggested by Dr.and the bag attached to his lungs, earlier there was tube but it didn't work. kindly help

I have been feeling not well from last 2months.i have tuberculosis 2year back.i took medicine approx 1year.After that Dr. Told me you are now fit. Now I am feeling the same.
