Chest & Breathing Problems

I have a right upper back pain feel like tight rib when twist..and hard to breath from few days.when i breath its pain feel like i have somthing under ribs..i have a tendency of rapid cold catch since from my childhood..a year ago i have done a lung function test where ESR was high..but i naver have breatging problem and this back pain..when i press the area its also pain..its also pain when i press

I am having light chest pain on the left since last night.. I was doing kapalbhati and Anulom vilom after 15 min meditation as I do it daily before sleep.. After that I felt congestion in my chest and was not able to sleep properly. Please help me out to relieve it.. What is wrong here?

I thought i had allergies so i took some antihistamines and nothing worked so i figured i had a cold so i took like mucinex and DayQuil and some zinc tablets but it’s still not great. Now i have this cough that brings up mucus and when i try to inhale after having a coughing fit it’s really hard to catch my breath and i can feel and hear my chest rattling.
