Smoking addiction
I am a student and am addicted to smoking. I don't smoke much cigarettes but nearly 2 cigarettes a day. I really wanna get rid of this. Please help.

I am really glad that you want to quit smoking. Please see a pulmonologist who can help you do that. It cannot be done over internet forum.

Start with a strong will and avoid the friends whom you smoke with if they dont show the interest in quitting too. Avoid the shops you buy from and throw away the lihlghter match box cigg packets. Then if you still need help, approach a pulmonologist.
