Chest & Breathing Problems

I've got tight chest pain, shortness of breath and extreme fatigue. If I went to sleep, I would definitely sleep the entire day. I have no motivation or energy.

I feel like shortness of breath while sleeping and sometimes a complete pause, a chest pain for sometimes. I drink for 2 days a week and sometimes 3 times. I have a digestion issues also.

I am having difficulty breathing. Breathing feels heavy and shallow. I also notice that I hold my breath when I start to concentrate on something.

I did not relieve from cold . pulp creates a lot of trouble.prespiration problem is major.for remedy please tell me.

I feel breathlessness and restless i smoke alot pot and cigarette i have to breathe with my mouth to feel good to fee relief

I am Amit(40 yrs, asthmatic) , I was addict to alcohol for 15 yrs, In 2016 i left alcohol completely but I started smoking weed. Its been 2 years now and what i observed and felt is that i didn't take my inhaler(Foracart) from 6 months, I think weed somehow helped me in my asthma. But the problem now is that i also want to quit smoking weed. So, I just want to know what is their any medicine available which contains weed or is their any other way to take weed in medicinal form.

My father met with an accident and had undergone open splenectomy. 1 week after the surgery there is fluid accumulation in lungs. Other symptoms include fever with chills. Also WBC count trended from 25000 to 15000 to 18000 to 14000 in 4 consequtive days. What can be the reasons for the situation and what kind of diagnosis is required?
