Chest & Breathing Problems

How is diaphragm paralysis diagnosed? So it's by radiology or physical examination ?

I am suffering from asthmatic bronchitis and because of it my nose is congested at night time and automatically open at morning. I am inhale all night with one side nose. My question is that can this problem also develop the high bp problem such as 135/92. Now what i do.

I've been feeling a pain in the heart area when i inhale deeply. This prevent me from yawning and sometimes its too painful I've been having shortness of breath.

I have been coughing up gelatin consistency balls, they all vary in color. I have also had chest tightness and wheezing. What could be a possible cause and how severe what im dealing with is.

For the past 4-5 months I have had more trouble breathing than before. For example when reading long sentences I often times have to stop, take a breath and continue. Chest Pain Asked for Female, 23 Years I’ve been experiencing pain in right rib last night.Then,earlier this morning I had pain on upper right side of my chest and the pain now spread to my back.It worsen when I tried to inhale or cough.And it also cause pain in my arm too.I am curious about this two condition that I am experiencing right now. Help.Need to know about why my right rib feel pain and why does my chest hurt till it spread to the back when I breathe.

Hello Doctor, I have few queries: Is bronchial asthma curable? Or we will have to be dependent on inhaler for lifetime? I wanted to join gym for aerobics so is that advisable for me? Can I jog or run? If yes, to what extent? Thanks
