Sir my grandfather becomes ill.. and he is a very patient of tb and lungs retention... yesterday one dr. removes fluid from lungs but now his legs became swell.. so sir is it possible to get swollen on legs..

Hi. I understand your concern s. He will need to undergo a detailed examination and investigation. Consult a pulmonologist for the same at the earliest. Depends on the cause for effusion and other co morbities.

Swelling on legs is not related to the pleural tapping.... it may be associated with other issues. Get a complete physical examination for your grand father
