Blunting of left costophrenic angle
1 month before i was having exudate pleural effusion.
And now also i am having pain so today again i new x-ray in that also it shows pleural effusion.
What might be the reson of it?

Go for pleural tapping and routine investigation...and most probable cause is tuberculosis.
