My mother has been diagonised by metastatic breast cancer HER 3positive. Petscan report says its in lever,spleen,and bones. One chemo is done medication in it is nanoxel and mylam. My mother got diagoised by breast cancer 2 months back & gonw through surgery (breast saved). She is going through chemotherapy now. After 20 days of her first chemotherapy her Alkaline po4 levels came around 240 odd. THE LEVELS ARE WITHOUT FASTING. Is there any need to worry? I habe read that high alkaline levels may be dangerous. So i wanted to know that what levels of alkaline po4 are non dangerous without fasting??

I started having stabbing pain in my back. It increased from shoulder blade to chest on the back. Then I had fever and cough for few days. I went to chest physician and all reports including blood reports came normal. Actually there was some problem in the shape of heart but they ignored considering I am thin. I have neck pain also and I am very frustrated with this since this is there for last 6 months. I can feel the mass over chest. Please help me
