Hi.  My nani has 2nd stage cervical cancer.  Where is the best treatment for it.  We live in Guwahati (Assam). People are suggesting Mumbai (Kokilaben Hospital) . Please help.

Sir my uncle is having FDG avid metastatic right ardenal gland lesion...what is the best treatment for that...

Its a reoccurence case. My mother had her 4th chemo of cytax 130mg and cysplatin 50mg in which she got reaction (breathlessness and faint for 45mins) with cytax. Dis time infusion of cytax was 1hour only but in previous 3 chemo's that was 2.5-3hours. I want to know fast infusion can be the reason of reaction to cytax? And doctor wants to shift us to nabpaclitaxel, should we go for cytax or nabpaclitaxel? Plz help

Patient with mediastinal lymph node enlargement with also a history of breast cancer since 9 years (mastectomy done, tumor was malignant with anti hormonal response and breast tissue with lymph nodes were negative) taking nolvadex for 9 years and needing bypass surgery.
