Report of biopsy shows that A SINGLE CORE AND THE TIP OF ANOTHER CORE COMPRISE NESTS OF NEOPLASTIC CELLS SURROUNDED BY A HEAVY LYMPHOPLASMACYTIC INFILTRATE. CELLS DISPLAY MARKED CELLULAR AND NUCLEAR PLEOMORPHISM WITH HIGH ABNORMAL MITOTIC COUNTS. REMAINING CORES COMPRISE OF BENIGN BREAST TISSUEWITH FOCAL LYMPHOCYTIC INFILTRATE. FEATURES ARE SUGGESTIVE OF AN INVASIVE DUCTAL CARCINOMA
