I started having this cell like growing and multiplying inside at the tip of my anus....it increases in number and size too but it doesn't cause me any problem till now but am worried if it's caner or warts or anything serious...what could it be?

There's a white lump in the back of my mouth, maybe on my tonsil? painful, Iv never seen it before, and looking a lot recently bc the pain has been a couple weeks now. My mother 39yrs old has Lump of 3.2cm in right breast and 2 gland under armpit. Report of biopsy shows that A SINGLE CORE AND THE TIP OF ANOTHER CORE COMPRISE NESTS OF NEOPLASTIC CELLS SURROUNDED BY A HEAVY LYMPHOPLASMACYTIC INFILTRATE. CELLS DISPLAY MARKED CELLULAR AND NUCLEAR PLEOMORPHISM WITH HIGH ABNORMAL MITOTIC COUNTS. REMAINING CORES COMPRISE OF BENIGN BREAST TISSUEWITH FOCAL LYMPHOCYTIC INFILTRATE. FEATURES ARE SUGGESTIVE OF AN INVASIVE DUCTAL CARCINOMA

I can feel my lymph nodes here they are very small, my neck or lymph nodes do not look like swollen. Then why i m feeling then. I also have very slim neck so that is the reason.
