Fnac test report says- Atypical ductul hyperplasia with dysplasia with extensive chronic inflammation What does this report suggest?

She have doubt that she is facing breast cancer .she checked symptoms on internet and therefore she is in doubt about breast cancer problem.

I have this small painless dent like lesion on my hard palate for more than 2 years as far as I can remember since than it has not increased in size except sometime it being itchy.. what it can be ? Can it be a malignant lesion?

Result of radiography of my aunt says she has metastasic lesions on his liver, and rectosigmoid "tumoral changes" . anyway, colonoscopy don't show anything, almost all parts of his body except upper intestine has been scanned and nothing but some lesions. his overall health is good and only sometimes pain in his abdomen. can be all this symptoms not related to any cancer?
