My father is suffering from adenocarcinoma.His age is 52years.His maintainance chemo is going on.a gap of 30days each from next chemo.Last ct report impression was mild sided empyema with bilateral apical pleural thickening and features of volume loss in left lung and collapse consolidation of left lower lobe.No mass is seperately identified within collapsed lung.What does it mean?
