Cancer cells spread by lymphatics and blood vessels, stage 1 has least chance of cancer coming back. Follow instructions by oncologist and be on regular follow up.

Cancer cells spread by very complex mechanism.
In simple words, it spreads to near surrounding area directly, and far structures by lymphatics and blood.
However, bloody discharge doesn't spread the cells to other body parts.
Your stage is primary and chances of recurrence and spread is minimal.
Yet it is very very important to keep regular follow up with oncologist.
