I was using self tanning creams 7 years are they causing cancer ? Becouse i have read that thay contain DHA that cause cancer

Hii, I am a Patient of CMl currently on imatinib 400mg daily dose. I just got my LFT report ,my BilIRUBIN level is 1.4,is this because of medicine or this is a alarming call for me. I hd been diagnosd with adnocarcinma(stomch)in jun'16.got admittd fr surgry(total gastrectmy),but in Op Theatr, surgn found my cancer cells were benign n did partial gastrectmy. Now, again theres a recurrecn n its malignant nw. dr advsd surgry. I m worried as i m also heart patient(angioplasty done nov2016), my age 73yrs, male, wt 53kgs, ht5'4". Dr also said risk is v.high durin n post op. kindly advise what to do?n which hospital to choose so that its gud for both oncology n cardiac unit?thanks
