Cancer Care and Treatment

Till now did any one cured stage 4 kidney cancer. Is there any chance of curing it.Any example.Because my father has stage kidney cancer which metastasised to lungs and L5 vertebrae and bones. Now he is using sutent drug. Can we cure it. Do you know anyone who got cure.For positiveness I am asking this question.To encourage my father. Thank you.

HELLO DOCTOR, Why only glucose is used to identify the cancer in PET SCAN. Does it mean that cancer cells live on glucose.And not on any energy souces like ketones and protiens.

Does cancer cells really live only on sugar i.e. glucose and cannot take ketones as food in the absence of glucose.Is it true.So if we stop glucose intake and take only ketogenic diet can we stop  cancer.Does it really work.My foreing doctors also supporting.

My grandmother is having a kind of lump in her right breast . This is the impressions got in her scanning 1. An ill defines hypoechoic SOL of about 49*26*36mm in the upper outer quadrant of right breast with tiny foci of calcification and cystic areas. Minimal vascularity(+).(Birads IV) 2.Axillary lymphadenopathy on right side. (21*9 mm ) Which doctor should we consult? And is that any indication to breast cancer ?

Hi, My mother is currently getting azacitidine injections for leukaemia. She has told me she is not allowed black pepper and I think this was the rules from her last (different) type of chemotherapy when she was staying in Hospital. I am wondering if it is okay to have black pepper in your diet if you are also getting azacitidine injections? Many thanks, Lukas

Myeloma patient.taking injection BORVIZ(2mg).now free light chain kappa is in range and kappa/lamda is also in range.should i have to continue taking that drug?or it will lower my FCL kappa more so i should stop it?
