I have a benign nodule in my right thyroid gland.is it safe to surgery or not??

Benign nodule doesnt need surgery as long as you have no problems.

Safe to do surgery is domain of surgeon. In my opinion it should be safe to operate.

Benign nodule may not be operated. If surgery is indeed needed, it's usually safe in expert hands. You need to understand the risks involved though. Please consult a surgeon for the same.
