The only scientific cure for thyroid cancer is surgery. You may need radioiodine drops after that.
Thyroid cancers are mostly slow growing cancers and treatment is curative in most cases.
My advice is to go for surgery. You have an option of Laparoscopic surgery instead of open surgery.
