Lump in right breast
My grandmother is having a kind of lump in her right breast . This is the impressions got in her scanning 1. An ill defines hypoechoic SOL of about 49*26*36mm in the upper outer quadrant of right breast with tiny foci of calcification and cystic areas. Minimal vascularity(+).(Birads IV) 2.Axillary lymphadenopathy on right side. (21*9 mm ) Which doctor should we consult? And is that any indication to breast cancer ?

the USG does show some features of malignancy, should undergo a core needle biopsy to prove malignancy.
