1. An ill defines hypoechoic SOL of about 49*26*36mm in the upper outer quadrant of right breast with tiny foci of calcification and cystic areas. Minimal vascularity(+).(Birads IV)
2.Axillary lymphadenopathy on right side. (21*9 mm )
