In CT scan doctor found a node which they are saying tumor but in pet scan reveal: Hypermetabolic right upper lobe mass noted, corresponds with known disease Metabolically active mediastinal nodes noted No evidence of metabolically active disease noted elsewhere in present scan. I just want to know weather it is cancer or tumor in right lungs

My cousing suffering from bone cancer (osteosarcoma) and his 1 st chemo has been done bit he feels so weak and down, he could bot eat anything, can u suggest what are the food is best for him and which food need to avoid during his treatment?

For more than 15 years I had a lump(grown to almost the size of table tennis ball now) growing below my ear-lobe and behind lower jaw(lymph node I assume). A couple of years ago, I also noticed a new lump coming up above my mandible and in front of my ear(where another lymph node seems to be). I have also had persistent fatigue for almost 15 years and in the past 12 years it has been debilitating. The lumps are painless. Am concerned because they seem to be spreading. Should I worry?

Hi, my father is having Adenocarcinoma of the ampulla. Doctor have given antibiotic to get the wbc count to 8k-9k. They are opting for Surgery. So would this be a laproscopic type or an open surgery. His age is 69, and we need a longterm solution considering his age. Any other options apart from operation and how much Time it takes to heal. Any precautions post operation or other treatment. Please suggest.Operation is due next week Thu or Fri.

I would like to know more about the symptoms related to throat or Neck cancer. I am suffering throat or say neck pain from last couple of days. This time the pain is more.
