My mother has been diagnosed with Colon Cancer and has undergone a CARCINOMA RECTUM -LAPROSCOPIC LOW ANTERIOR RESECTION surgery, Post the surgery the we have received the biopsy results. Prostate cancer

My father was diagnosed with stage 4 prostate cancer 6 months back confirmed from biopsy and PSMA PET CT SCAN.. Till date he had no issues with his health except for frequent urination. From a week or so he complains clothes are feeling tight and pain in abdomen if he tries to put the clothes tight. He also needs to frequently pass urine and he cannot control urine at all. Can you please suggest what should be done. Thanks
