Please review the HPR of my In Law
My father in law underwent lt radical nephrectomy at TMH, Mumbai on 24/10/2018 due to a suspected case of RCC. His HPR came out yesterday and the doctor told nothing to worry as of now and told us to come for F/U after 6 months. I am uploading the HPR . It will be really appreciable if I get some guidance and suggestions regarding the scenario discussed above like need some more thorough check up or something else. Thanks in advance.

In non metastatic renal cell carcinoma ( I am assuming it is non metastatic)after adequate surgery no additional treatment is required.  But as per latest evidence targeted therapy can be given( sunitinib). Compared to the patient not given sunitinb patient who had offered sunitinib their survival is better. But cost is high. Discuss with your oncologist regarding above option
