My brother has 4th stage urinary bladder cancer it has spread to his large intestine
too he has taken two chemotherapy by a oncologist .Does chemo will help him recurring in this stage . How much chance of his survival.

Metastatic bladder cancer has poor outcomes. Chemotherapy may be the only treatment to offer, if he develops obstruction, may need surgical intervention
Locally advanced ca bladder. Usually bladder cancer will respond to chemotherapy. With current available all treatments( chemotherapy, immunotherapy) the survival increased. With available all treatment 5 yr survival 40-50%. But it will be vary between patient to patient
