Have these spots on my throat from 2 months i am observing. Some times i feel sharp pain while swalloing food. Consulted to ent doctor before 1.5 month so he said it is pharagyitis .takem amtibiotics course and antioxident but same it is not resolving. Want to know What it is and how it will resolved

Hi. A friend had been diagnosed with Pleumorphic Adenoma in 2016. He has been undergoing homeopathy treatment for the same as some doctor said there is a risk of facial nerve injury during surgical removal of tumour.
