Brain and Spine Problems

I am suffering from Migraine and want to know the best medicine for the same . Its been a while handling it however sometimes it gets worse.

Headache on the left back side of head , applying pressure on that side gives relief. having this after taking LCZ. headache increases on the day

In 2014 I had few seizure attacks and after consulting the doctor he had me done an EEG twice and prescribed me medications, after one year that is on Feb 29 2016 midnight I had one seizure attack can u pls suggest me what to do ....

Whenever I go out and travel for more than 4 to 5 hrs I get headache. Things which trigger my headache are. 1. Heat 2. Traveling 3. Projector, while attending class on projector. Whenever i am worried about something.It is running in background all the time.Due to this pain started in my back side of head,which is not stopping and occurring daily 4-5 hours a day.Thinking is normal process and think too much may also be general as you cant stop thinking until problem solves or you get stable state.Then how can i prevent this pain?
