Constant ache in leg
I have constant ache in right leg. feel like getting it pressed all the time. and i can bear excess pressure. without too much pressure i feel restless. also feel like stretching it all the time.

Is this in one particular part (eg lower and outer aspect of knee, 3 inches above ankle) Or do you have it all over the leg

Hi....., Most leg pain results from wear and tear, overuse, or injuries in joints or bones or in muscles, ligaments, tendons or other soft tissues... Stay off your leg as much as possible.....Apply an ice pack or a bag of ice to the affected area for 15 to 20 minutes three times a day....Elevate your leg whenever you sit or lie down...Consult Orthopedician if symptoms persists.....
