Brain and Spine Problems

Iam suffering from pains at my waist part at the back , and also at the back just behind my heart , severely when iam waking up from the bed after a sleep, and also the legs so i want you to tell the problem behind this and suggest me with the best result.

I recently diagnosed to have multiple neurofibromatosis. They said I have to live wi the it. Doesn't it have a cure

I feel to much lazy and sleepy and lack of energy so without anydoctor consult i start using modalert(modafill) for not having sleep and not to feel lazy . can u plz sugest me some medicine for feeling energetic and help to reduce laziness . or should i continue using modalert (modafill) .

Pain at a particular spot on the right half of the head. The patient feels good when pressing the particular point in the head. It is not a continuous pain. But when it occurs it lasts for almost a day. Had seen a doctor, he told to take migraine tablets but do not get much relief. Is this migraine or something else ?
