Iam suffering from pains at my waist part at the back , and also at the back just behind my heart , severely when iam waking up from the bed after a sleep, and also the legs so i want you to tell the problem behind this and suggest me with the best result.

Morning stiffness with radiating pain in leg is suggestive of sacroilitis. But diagnosis need to be confirmed and for that more investigation and history is needed. So consult ur nearest orthopedic doctor for further management
